Essential Lithium Battery Care Tips for Longer Lifespan
1. Maintain a Healthy Charge Level Keep the battery between 20%-90% SOC to reduce aging and extend service life.
2. Avoid Deep Discharge Recharge promptly when the battery is low. Cell voltage below 2.OV may cause irreversible damage.
3. Perform Regular Calibration Complete a full charge-discharge cycle every 6 months to maintain accu-rate SOC readings.
4. Control Operating Temperature Recommended temperature range: 0°C - 45°C and avoid extreme heat, cold, or humid environments.
5. Use Proper Parallel Connections Only connect batteries of the same model, capacity, and batch. Ensure voltage difference is within 3V before parallel connection.
6. Follow Rated Charge & Discharge Currents Do not exceed the battery's specified maximum charging or discharging current.
7. Safety First Do not short-circuit, disassemble, or connect batteries in series.
